TERMS - REGULATIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
This regulation establishes the rules and conditions for participation in the Art for Peace exhibition.
Venue and Promotion
The organization will provide the virtual exhibition space and will promote the project through appropriate channels, including:

Artworks
1. Each artist (Brazilian or international) may submit up to: 4 image-based works and 4 YouTube links
2. "Artworks" include any artistic expression within these categories: a. Painting, b. Drawing, c. Illustration/Cartoon, d. Photography
e. Video.
Works generated by artificial intelligence, in whole or in part, will not be accepted.
3. The registration period will be announced on the website homepage. No submissions will be accepted after the deadline.
4. The registration form must be fully completed with: Artist profile, Images/videos.All submitted within the defined timeframe.
5. The artist may choose to authorize or not the sale of the submitted works through the profile form. If authorized, the organization is expressly permitted to sell the works in accordance with the terms of this regulation, respecting the criteria established for exhibition and potential commercialization. Any amount collected will be handled by mutual agreement between the artist and the organization, with prior communication and full transparency.
Organization's Responsibilities
a) Production and promotion of digital invitations for the exhibition, including venue details;
b) Printing images of selected works for physical exhibitions based on online voting results;
c) Contacting selected artists to confirm their participation.
Artists' Responsibilities
a) Submitting digitized works by the deadline, including:
Descriptions of techniques used
Titles/subtitles of pieces
Granting the organization rights to use images solely for exhibition promotion.
Final Provisions
Participation in Art for Peace implies full acceptance of all clauses in this regulation.
